There's a small, medium, and large for all the different sizes of people. The main thing is height - for example, if someone is 6'1"or taller then they need the large pillow. If someone is 5'1" or shorter they should get the small. Anything in between is the medium/standard size. Even if u like a special firm one we have that too.
