Study Shows Why Our Sleep Routine Is So Important

Our body’s internal clock controls the energy levels in our cells. Proper sleep and diet are important for maintaining our circadian rhythms which are crucial for good health. This study shows us why good health means to follow our body’s internal clock. Our bodies tell us to do certain things at certain times for a reason. Sleeping and eating at a certain times is important to maintain this very fine balance. Not getting enough sleep can cause you to be more hungry, tired, moody, and basically accelerate your age. It can lead to conditions such as depression, obesity- even cancer and heart disease.
